Hello everybody!

My real estate journey all started with buying my first hobby farm on 3 acres when I was 22 years old in April of 2003 in Galesville, WI. I was a tool and die worker that didn't even own a hammer at the time so I had no idea what I was getting myself into buying an old run down farmhouse. My first summer at the farm, the well pump on the hill went out (no water) and the tile wall in the only shower fell into my lap one day. I had to learn fast as I didn't have enough money to call a professional. I gutted the bathroom, and trenched in a 10/3 UF wire 300 feet along the side hill from the well casing to the house. I realized I was in over my head on the well and decided I needed to call Miller Pump Service. 2,400.00 bucks later on a new well casing, pump, and pressure tank but I did everything else myself. Over the 10 years that I lived there, I remodeled the entire farm house inside and out.

My brother and I bought our first rental property in 2006 in Platteville and rented to college students. We remodeled that house also over the 13 years that we owned it. When I sold my hobby farm on Craigs List in 2012, I moved back to Platteville and started buying and fixing up more houses. Around 2017, I decided that I wanted to move my investments to land instead of houses. With 4 houses to sell I decided to get my real estate license to save money on the home sales.

I became a full-time real estate agent when the need for honest agents in the area became apparent. I am a local agent who lives in the area but I enjoy servicing the entire state of WI.

I am originally from Platteville and graduated from PHS in 1999. I went to Moraine Park Technical College in West Bend WI and left in Dec of 2001 with 4.0 GPA and an associate's degree in tool and die making. I am a master mold maker and progressive die maker with 15 years in the metal trades. I also have held a WI contractor's license in the past when I ran my own roofing company for 3 years and worked for another for 2 years. I have 19 years of experience remodeling homes with a vast network of contractors that I personally know for any questions that always arise.
